For the past 3wks I have had a super lower back problem. I didnt do anything to hurt it initially so Im thinking it might jst b a pinched nerve or something. but it kills me to squat/daedlift

Which sucks so bad because I need to focus on getting my compounds stronger! I about died yesterday deadling 225x10x2sets & almost collapsed after squating 225x5 because of my lower back!

Eh, your body's been week for 2 straight competitions. That's alot. I wouldn't be surprised if your tendons and big muscle groups needed to ease back into it.

There's a reason why bodybuilders take rather long breaks post competition.

horrible .... didnt bb bench once during contest prep. And cant even dl/squat right now cuz lower back.

but to answer ur question...

I did 185x12 the other day on bb bench & 205x6 for a 5th set of bench.

squat... 275x1-2

deadlift I did 225x10x2sets yesterday & had to stop cuz lower back.

I was just trolling around ... and I read your topic. You've shown some great improvement between competitions; in the most recent competition you looked like you were in a different class than your competitors. Keep it up and don't worry about the post comp stuff. Good luck with your progress. You completely dominated in the last set of pics :)
