horrible .... didnt bb bench once during contest prep. And cant even dl/squat right now cuz lower back.

I did 185x12 the other day on bb bench & 205x6 for a 5th set of bench.
squat... 275x1-2
deadlift I did 225x10x2sets yesterday & had to stop cuz lower back.
