yeah i blasted obliques today and theyre growing and growing its jokes. im liking this not supplement diet im on. i dont count macros but just eat eat eat and im making pretty good gains.

keep it up. traps arent bad at all man. bigger traps then those and youre hitting meat head status

Yea I don't count macros either just try to get 200+ gs of protein and a bunch of cals

can someone please explain to me how the fuck deadlifts and squats contract the abdominal muscles??????????
i actually thought jsp has been trolling whenever they say this....

and btw i actually have very big abs, you just cant see them because i havent cut all my weight yet. and considering they are still visible at 16-17 % bf thats a good thing.

Have you ever squatted or deadlifted in your life?

You're supposed to squeeze your core while you do the exercise

Why wouldn't you cut weight if you're a fighter...maybe then you wouldn't get worked because you'd be in the correct weight class lol

i havent had a match yet, im technically bulking lol. my first fights ina month and a half. :)

and ok deep abdominal wall, but srsly how effective can a excersize be for your abs that doesnt incur even a half range of motion? i can sit here and flex my arms all day, wont make them get any bigger...
