If you no longer want to get bigger, you can now work on your strength, speed, endurance, agility... Or simply maintain a minimum if weightlifting to maintain your size and do some sports you may enjoy more, like martial arts.

Your shredded but small. That Should keep you occupied for the next 5 years or so

Seems like everyone in this forum thinks people come here only for advice on how to look like a huge shredded plate of meatballs. Nty and to each their own.

As a runner, I say run a Marathon or if you want more, do an Ironman Triathlon.
