Also, what's a good way to get a healthy tan? Is 30-40 minutes in the sun everyday a "good" way so you don't get burnt/overly tan?

Hey, so my lower back was feeling a little tense so I guilted my mom (spoiled her on mothers day) to massage it. After a second she got grossed out because in her words, "it feels like im pushing around a piece of loose flesh." So I tried rubbin it and she was right. When rubbing it feels kinda weird, like when drag your fingers up, something under the skin kinda goops. Really hard to explain... Is it just fat?

hello, i have 2 quesitons. One is regarding my front delts, they are way more developed then my rear delts / traps causing me discomfort simply because it fucks up my form it looks like I'm slouching or hunched forward, what are some good exercises that i can do to balance this out ? and allow me to lead with my chest more outwards?

question 2. Today i benched 225 for 2/3/3 , what would you recommend i do to progress in my bench ? should i continue with 225, or lower it ? or increase it and go for 1 rep or something ?

Short answer - as much as you want.

Long answer -

Cholesterol has nothing to do with increasing your blood cholesterol levels. Saturated fats without unsaturated fats has everything to do with increasing blood cholesterol levels. Cholesterol is the major factor behind testosterone production.

30 minutes a day would be fine, just remember to use PLENTY of aloe afterwards and throughout the day.

It sounds like fat....what % body fat are you presently?

I'm not reallly sure, high though. I've gone from 251 to 214 pounds in three months. I have recently changed my workout routine and have started doing squats, bench and deads 3x a week. (What do muscle knots feel like) My back doesn't hurt when i rub it. Just feels super weird.

Could be excess skin. You should work on strengthening your back. Try a full back day twice a week consisting of deadlifts, lat pulldowns, barbell rows, cable rows, lower back hyperextensions (Or good mornings)

Can you explain the differences between the different laxatives? Are they all equally healthy (using the correct dosage), or do they behave differently, or what? Specifically (in)soluble fiber vs sugar alcohols, but feel free to add others too.
