Hey raynor wanted to say thanks A LOT for all the help so far
But its all for nothing now I have fractured my wrist and in a cast for 4-5 more weeks.
What should I do to minimize me having to say goodbye sweet gains?
I've taken this opportunity to concentrate a lot on legs. I can do front squats easily with 1 hand holding it steady so I have done them 3x a week which is going great, it's a far cry from my usual 1 leg day per week / per 2 weeks :/
+ other misc leg exercises.
Question is what else should I do? Should I bother doing anything with my 1 good arm? (it's my weaker one)
Thanks

If it's the weaker arm, this is a golden opportunity to even out both of your arms. I would advise training 1-2 times a week, just arms exercises on that arm....biceps, triceps, forearms, front/rear delt.
Basically do your regular arms day, but just with one arm. Sub the 2 handed exercises with 1 handed ones.
In regard to maintaining the mass on the other side, just eat properly, and once you are better, go back into it slowly.
