Sometimes, I feel like sex doesn't feel as good as it should for me. I first noticed the change like last year when masturbating didn't feel remotely as good as it did before. Any idea what this could be caused by?

I was reading into it and it said masturbating with an object and creating too much friction could be a possible cause. I believe my frequent use of wackin' it using a towel to create friction has desensitized my private to death.

Is there any way I could reverse this? I read online to go see a sex therapist, but i'm 18 and that seems a little retarded and extreme.

Hey Raynor what are the benefits of omega 3s and the other essential fats? Why do I need them and where do I get all that I need? Also how much do I need? I tried to look it up myself but couldn't really understand, if you could put it in terms I would understand it'd be great.

A few suggestions....

1. Cease sexual activity for 2 weeks straight. After that, reduce sexual activity to 1-2x per week. You could potentially be overdoing it.
2. Increase sleep to 8-9 hours per night
3. Increase water intake to 1-1.5 gals per day
4. Make sure diet is in order with at least 1g/lb bodyweight of protein, as well as sufficient micros from a multivitamin and mineral supplement (NOW! Adam is good)

Once you do that, see if you notice an improvement.

For muscle growth? No go.

For fitness? Very good.

A complete strength routine is best suited for building proper muscle mass in a reasonable amount of time.

Crossfit is more geared towards endurance.

Here's a tidbit for you:

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=21269614&f=60&p=365993938
Fat/Cholesterol Explained

Also, to break it down into the simplest terms, Omega 3's are HDLS (high density lipids). They are non-binding, helpful lipids (fats) which can actually clean the blood system and provide adequate nutrition for the brain and also for your endocrine system.

In terms of fats, you want 2x (or more) unsaturated fats to every 1x saturated fat.

The more good fats, such as from omega 3-6-9 are all helpful in maintaining and healthy circulatory system and increasing testosterone production naturally, while also fueling the brain.

I recommend eating a lot of olive oil and taking supplements such as NOW! Super Omega 3-6-9 with every meal.

I bought some Omega 3 disney gummies right after you said that I'll start taking them (I cannot swallow pills :( ), what is the difference between Omega 3-6-9 functionally that is? Do you reckon I'll notice a noticeable difference in day-to-day energy using your nutritional info on fat?
Also Raynor do you think meditation is crap because I tried it the other day and it didn't work, am I doing it wrong maybe?

1. Omega 3 disney gummies? lol. I would try to get some Omega-3 liquid instead. Try NOW! brand.

2. You need all the omegas, 3, 6, and 9. You tend to get a lot of 6 and 9 in general foods - but it depends on your diet. You need the full spectrum for overall health.

3. Energy levels shouldn't change much, that isn't the point of the omegas.

4. Meditation is very good if you know how to use it. You might need someone to teach you how to do it properly.

Thanks for the response.

Well besides the whole friction thing, could there be other reasons that it just doesn't feel as good anymore? I doubt it's age because that big of a drop in stimulation is just pure wtf.

Just simply overdoing it can have this effect of libido drop off.
