The only advice I have asked for recently is stuff regarding my shoulder.

That picture was literally taken when I could barely do a 50 pound bench press due to the pain I had. I also don't think hnf really realizes how small I was when I started lifting last year. I was sitting at 120 and had never really worked a single muscle in my upper body my whole life.

I'm not saying I am Burns/Oak/etc. but I definitely feel like I was making decent progress.

You know I tell everyone who sees my back that story but it never really seems to work.

Had some health problems senior year and lost 30 pounds in under 3 weeks. Left me with some pretty nasty stretch marks all over my body.
