does the one arm bent over dumbell row work the lats?

if not can you suggest other exercises that do besides the pullup/chinup and lat pulldown?

Yes it does.

here's a list:

Hey Raynor I've been wondering about occasional sports massages? Do these help with recovery and whatnot or is there not much data saying they do or don't?

What did you check with?

my standard electric measurer at home. The one you hold up with and set the settings for and it sends the electrical impulse through your body, etc.

It can. I would recommend massage once a week if you have the money for it.

Electronic impedance BF calculators are terrible. They are far from accurate, move them just a centimeter and they give you a different reading.

Use a set of body fat calipers, they are way more accurate. Test ONCE a month, no more than that.

lol don't measure it every day. That's how you work yourself up for no reason like you just did earlier.

Buy some calipers from bodybuilding.com or amazon.com - either way.

measure once a month, and yes you can do it yourself.
