It looks good for now....the volume is good too. Biceps tend to be stubborn and need additional volume to get them to grow.

Neither.

Right now there isn't much evidence to support either. It looks like it's harmless in general and doesn't really do anything other than make your knuckles feel good for a brief moment. It's more psychological than anything.

two supplement questions

first off how does this protein powder look to you i dont know a lot about the nutrition label other than the macro nutrients (cheaper than the now isolate)

I don't like the Acesulfame Potassium or the Artificial flavoring. Artificial sweeteners are never good.

I personally recommend Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Natural (Chocolate)


For caffeine, any type is fine.

hey man,

I was around 11.5% bf maybe a day or 2 ago, and today in the AM when I checked, I went up to 13% (WHY?)

and then I checked later on and it was 12.7% an hour ago

What in the world happened? :l Nothing really changed in my diet (I even worked out relatively well yesterday with my sore hammys and quads due to doing squats on monday for the first time in like 2 weeks? :l)

Hey mate, long time no talk...very quick question I need a decent arm routine for really stuborn arms!

Also the next day after a training session and u don't feel no burn does that mean u haven't trained hard enough? On my back/shoulder/arm days when I train them the next day I feel very little - any burn.

But during the training session I'm really pushing myself till past failure.h

does the one arm bent over dumbell row work the lats?

if not can you suggest other exercises that do besides the pullup/chinup and lat pulldown?
