my chest has gotten bigger but I'm having probls with my inner and upper.

I have incline DBS and incline bar machine in my chest workout.

My gym doesn't have a peckdeck though :/

A really good inner chest workout is to hold to dumbbells together, where the long way is parallel with your body and push up, keeping them touching the whole way up.

I finish my workout with flies and sometimes i'll
do a set on every kind of incline notch on the bench.

My chest just blows :/

i saw this in a T-Muscle article..but it emphasized pushing the dumbbells togetherthe whole time...like pressure inwards and upwards
