Raynor I can't really eat much at school, I can't prepare a shake or anything at school, what do you recommend for the 2 3-4 hour periods without food to promote muscle strength?

Okay, I will definitely get that liver panel done sometime this upcoming week. In the meantime, are there any testosterone-raising foods that I can eat to try to increase it at least slightly? I've been incorporating more steak in my diet (flank) as well as whole eggs lately. Anything else you suggest?

Actually I was wrong. I'm going to cut out all supplements for 2 weeks and then get a liver panel done, so no more BCAA's, whey, multivitamin, and fish oil. On that note, do you think BCAAs have any effect on my liver enzyme levels as I heard they synthesize directly into the muscles; any validity to this? Thanks for all your help so far and I will definitely report back in 2-3 weeks with blood test results.

You can try a good tribulus product. Look at NOW! Testojack 200

now, would this be alight to do if i wanted to stay as lean as i could ? or should i knock off the carbs in the last few meals or just the last one ?

Let your body be your guide. If you start putting on fat, just ease up on the carbs, and keep going until your leanness returns.

I'm not sure what you mean. If you can't eat, you can't eat. Just eat every 4-5 hours, and eat more to compensate. Just make sure your total calories and macros are in check.

The number 1 thing is for you to eat properly. Exercise is helpful, but certainly not the magical solution by itself.

BCAA's will NOT effect your liver - especially in the quantities that you consume them.

Raynor, how is this bicep routine:

Currently on your 5x5 strength program,

5 sets of 8 reps of seated close grip ez-bar curl
5 sets of 5 reps of standing barbell curl
5 sets of 8 reps of seated concentration curl
5 sets of 8 reps of cable rope curls

How is this routine? My new training partner is complaining about the volume. My question is, is this too much? Does the close grip ez-bar curl work the same muscles as the barbell curl? If so, is that a bad thing? If yes, I'm looking for modifications to this routine.
