I've been incorporating more steak in my diet (flank) as well as whole eggs lately. Anything else you suggest?
Actually I was wrong. I'm going to cut out all supplements for 2 weeks and then get a liver panel done, so no more BCAA's, whey, multivitamin, and fish oil. On that note, do you think BCAAs have any effect on my liver enzyme levels as I heard they synthesize directly into the muscles; any validity to this? Thanks for all your help so far and I will definitely report back in 2-3 weeks with blood test results.
