Intermittent fasting. My lifts are still going up a steady 5lbs a week/ every other week and the body weight keeps dropping.

Looks very new.

I put it together quickly for my bro who has a card and needed a way to advertise on craigslist as a caregiver.

It is new, but it works great and people check it out, just no one posts because there is very little conversation. (He deletes most of the posts but decided he is going to open it up)
