#1 I work out 6 days a week just cuz I don't lift to get huge doesn't mean I'm not in shape
#2 how would you know how much I run or don't run from that pic
#3 You can choose which body parts to work out you are forgetting some. Just because your quads might grow at an extremely high rate doesn't mean that you should have a negative chest and really small calves and no abs to speak of.
So yes I'm the one who needs to learn how to work out since my body parts are proportionate
Sorry to interrupt but are you talking about proportions with your shoulders? lol... Agreed, you don't train to be big, but if you want to be proportionate, you might want to get shoulders that match your chest to a degree? Those look like the muscles men are born with, where's the work in that?
