Steroids are illegal and can pose quite a few long term side effects.

Speaking from a future doctor, as well as personal trainer and nutritionist, I say to stay away from steroids, especially orals like dianabol.

They are also illegal and pose serious consequences to those who engage in the sale, possession, and distribution such items.

thank you very much =)

i feel great about my gains now and all...but if i could ever look halfway as good as mr o...i'd be in heaven. i would never insult or diss someone on steroids because the ones who do it correctly look amazing...and i envy them

Raynor, If the most efficient way to run is between your midfoot and toes, would wearing converses be okay for running on the joints?

hypothetically speaking, if i don't hand on my heel, i should be okay, right?

Hey Raynor, whats your opinion on binaural beats? Do you think they work, if so, do you think the effects are positive? I tried listening to one today and it helped me relax, I don't honestly know if it was the placebo effect or what.

Also Nootropics/Cognitive Enhancers? Do you know of any supplements that help with brain function, for example memory?

To elaborate on this do you have opinions on GABA/Ginkgo Biloba?
I heard GABA has great effects on sleep and might help my concentration in school, I'd love to be able to get a good night's sleep and have cool dreams from what I hear, is this all true?
Do you recommend a specific supplement for it or is there not one?

Hey Raynor

I'm hearing alot of diff things about the number of yolk you can safely eat per day (or week)

Some say it doesn't really matter because your body will just produce less cholesterol to balance while other says it's quite dangerous if you eat too many..

What's your opinion on this!? (lets say for a healthy 20-25 year old male)

Wait...your sister is 6'5"? Does she play in the WNBA? If not, she certainly needs to.

But she's only 148.6 lbs at 6'5"?? Something isn't right here...did you mean 5'5?

yeah 5'5 sorry

It would be fine. However the best thing to do is go to a running store like Fit 2 Run and have them do an analysis of your stride and get custom shoes for your particular foot and stride.

Some of these can help you achieve lucid dreaming more regularly than without. Does this make it healthy for you? Not necessarily. There have not been enough studies of auditory or visual aids that improve cognition, lucid dreaming, relaxation, etc.

So let's talk about what we know for SURE.....dietary aids and lifestyle changes.

If you are looking to improve memory, you need to first get yourself into a physical program that helps you to remember. Start making associations between things. If you are trying to remember that Shell Gasoline is on 3rd street. Think of a sea shell that's approximately 3 inches in width. You just created an association so when you think of shell, you think of 3. Then you know it's on 3rd street. You can also try pneumonics....say you're a police officer and you want to memorize that signal 20 means a crazy person. You would remember...."Signal 20, that person's acting funny."

Another approach to bettering your memory including repeating over and over in your mind, out loud, and through writing. Constant bombardment of things will help greatly.

Besides that, you can also make sure to eat properly, sleep well, and take certain supplements like arginine+ornithine and even ginko biloba

edit:

you can definitely try some ginko and gaba before bed. If you desire excellent sleep try this:

You can eat as many eggs as you want every day...period.

The yolk in the egg is NOT bad for you. Just remember, always get 2x unsaturated fat to every 1x saturated fat.
