Imo for him he should just fuck all that crossfit and tough mudder bs and just stack that mass
Regardless I have mad respect for anyone who competes natty especially since the sport is becoming overrun by a bunch of juicers
two things
1) You are overgeneralizing crossfit. I simply used their facilities equipment and jumped into some of the workouts that seemed fun.
Primarily there for heavy olympic lifting and never did body weight exercises or millions of reps or long distance running (furthest was 1mile and that wasnt even straight)
2) I did tough mudder for fun and did not defer my bodybuilding training what so ever to prep.
It seems that the few hnfs who arent impressed with my progress are the ones who are upset with some activities I participated during my short offseason and are not actually comparing my progress.
besides, I am a 20yr old who enjoys health and fitness and not going to refuse sex because it will hinder my gains.... when really cf,competiting, and staying active in the offseason led me to bring my leanest to date.
