I dont know what are good brands and whatnot for these type of products,  im just looking for somehting I can order online to canada.  I came across this though http://truenutrition.com/p-1115-gemma-pea-protein-isolate-non-gmo-1lb.aspx?t=n
How does that one look to you and whicha dditive would you recommend?

That should be fine. No additives required. Just get a good flavor, and make sure to select STEVIA as the sweetener.

I'm having problems getting more protein and less carbs. I can get around 360 carbs and 260 protein, but I need them both at 310. I've gotten days where I get 310/310 but I have 4-5 protein shakes, which is slightly inconvenient. What are some ways to get more protein and limit carbs?

Warning: Taking high doses of fish oil can be dangerous; more than 3 grams per day can keep blood from clotting properly and can increase bleeding in your body. High doses of fish oil might also reduce the functioning of your immune system. Taking fish oil supplements in large amounts can also increase levels of the LDL "bad" cholesterol in some people.

Hey Ray,
When doing hypertrophy, does the amount of weight really matter? As in, do I have to be so strong before getting the full effects of hypertrophy, or is me struggling to do 12 reps of 155 bench the same as someone stronger than I struggling to do 12 reps of 305?
Thanks!

Hi Raynor

So i'm 16 - 5'8 and about 165 pounds.
I'm basically trying to lose about 20-25 pounds over the summer.
Could you give me some sort of advice of what i should eat daily?
It would also be nice if you could leave me some sort of weekly meal plan.

Hey there, so I went to go order that pea protein and it turns out they want 50$ shipping for a 7 dollar item. Can you recommend another site that is a little more reasonable?

Hello Raynor,

I humbly ask your advice for a 3rd year Uni student, trying to prepare himself for the military after graduation (which i've come to know as cardio/calisthenics kingdom), while maintaining performance for my passions (rocking climbing, brazilian jiu jitsu). I am a Criminology/English doub major - so i'm not doing anything as intense as Biology/Chemistry/Engineering that requires extreme mental awareness at all times.

My current stats are:

Age: 21
Height: 6'2''
Weight: 180

I was originally doing Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program M/W/F/Sat concurrently with BJJ on Tues/Thurs. However I sustained a left elbow injury from a kimura technique in BJJ, and am coming off a 2 week break of doing nothing but swimming (egg beating and side stroke with my right arm only). This quarter I took a break off climbing at our Uni gym (offers a rock climbing wall), to concentrate more on BJJ because I thought it would not be feasible to lift/climb/bjj/study.

What do you suggest to provide a good balance ? That would allow me to improve on all levels, gain muscle, all while staying ripe for the military. I know this might be a daunting request, but any insight would be helpful.

I thank you for your time and consideration,
LtSinborn

hey reynor, my sister liked the workout you gave me, could you build one for her? She's 25, 6'5 and 148.6 lbs.
She wants to lose belly, and she has liquid retention, and she wants to lose fat on her calves.
thanks man.
