I am extremely against them. I have seen way too many cases of people who become dependent on them, as well as more depressed, and even start developing other health conditions.

You would be better off seeing a psychiatrist for finding out the root cause of these feelings, not to medicate yourself to ignore the problem causing it.

Hey there. I am looking for a healthy protein powder that I can use in shakes. I can't eat dairy eggs lactose or casien. I've seen you recommend some products from now! but unfortunately that brand is not availabe where I live. Can you recommend me another brand that I can order online and what type of protein powder? Also someone mentioned to me to take L glutamine for after my 2 hour bike rides. What do you think of that, and is that soehting i can mix with protein powder? Im fairly skinny and looking to gain weight and muscle. You helped me a while back with a diet plan which I'm doing fairly well with.
