So a several page long argument, which resorts to name calling and other such shit that's so prevalent in this thread/sub, over who has the best jawline, even though we all know Morholt holds that honor, is a debate?

Reviving an argument that's seen more threads than Jimmy's fish, over what muscles are worked with bench press, again resorting to the viral name calling, is a debate?

I'm reminded of that episode of South Park where Cartman fights the midget. That's pretty much what this thread has turned into. What pretty much every thread turns into.

I didn't know this sub-forum was so inhabited by egotistical children. Checking out for a while. Maybe this forum will actually be respectable someday. Pce.

My main routine is 2250 kcals(around 500-700cut) per day with max 100-150gr carbs, rest i get from protein and fat(from non animal sources, avocado, feta cheese, olives, nuts etc)
Only carbs in morning and lunch so its good for the gym to have the energy.

Carbs i eat is mostly oatmeal, and some fruit to that.
