I went with 1600 instead of 1500, it was so hard to meet the required macros with 1500, I nailed it on the dot with 1600 tho, and get to have an extra banana :)
First meal
I had to elminate whole eggs all together, and went with 1.5 cups of egg whites, I could not fit the macros without the fat being to high while having Whole eggs.

272 cals
34g Pro
27g Carbs
0g Fat

this is going to be fun haha.

Should I not deadlift during this cut? ( its not on the list for the routine and as ive heard(from oak) it can be too taxing on the body.?

Meal looks good! 1,600 should be alright.

Yes, skip the deadlifts during an intense cut. It will NOT be of service to you.

I have all my meals ready to go... My 5th meal is 42g of Swiss cheese and maybe a banana if I don't eat one pre workout lmao.
Obviously it's fine that it's going to be off +\- a few grams. And calories. Im 36 calories over today, short 1g of protein and short a few gs of carbs and over like. 8g of fat
Its very hard to get it exact lol I'm not going to be anal about it

was that cholesterol LDL or HDL?

also, eggs have no impact on your cholesterol levels. Cholesterol levels are influenced by saturated fats compared to unsaturated fats. You need at least 2g of unsaturated fats to every 1g of saturated fats in your diet. Try adding NOW! Super Omega 3-6-9 (2-3 caps with every meal).

Also your test level is fine.

it was my total cholesterol but it was like straight borderline with what's considered healthy.

Also just wondering.

Is it possible to do a very light chest routine every day in order to help stimulate growth?

It looks good overall. I would take more of the NOW! Super Omega 3-6-9 with every meal.

Hey Raynor, I'm going to have to stop lifting weights in June, I won't have the facilities anymore so I'm wondering if you know of good, well-rounded calisthenic program by chance? I need functional push/pull strength in the upper body but also a way to build strength in the lower body, I was thinking body squats but I don't know if that will help as much maybe ass to grass body squats? :o

Also one more question, I have my first amateur boxing match coming up in July and I'm so worried I have a cardio/conditioning question for you, so it's 3 3 minute rounds should I just do 4 rounds in training to make sure my conditioning is the best it can be or do the 3 3 minute rounds but progressively more intensely each time?

Heres what you need:

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=21269614&f=60&p=331731288
Bodyweight exercises

As for endurance...try this:

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=21269614&f=60&p=335958561
Improving running endurance and distance

and

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=21269614&f=60&p=331184643
Circuit Stations

For the circuit stations, you might want to add in something with punching to simulate the boxing match you have coming. So example, run for 2 laps, stop and start hitting a heavy bag for 1 minute straight, run for 2 more minutes, and repeat.

I used an electric bodyfat percentage monitor yesterday and it said I was around 24% bodyfat which is very weird, is that unhealthy? I'm pretty athletic and have "abs" and stuff and my arms are pretty vascular so I'm surprised it's that high but would it help me athletically to slim down to like 8-10% I'm weighing 183 as of today and my lifts aren't terrible for my weight I don't like 200 lb benchpress 290 lb squat 395 lb deadlift plus I won't have access to weights so do you think I should cut down to 150-155 pounds or so I think it might help me athletically, speed, muscular power, even benefits in endurance, what do you reckon?
