pretty much the same lol even thought ive lifted 5x a week for 3 weeks i weighed 183 this morning

Just got done with a cut... never cut before lol twas my first time but I guess it wasn't too bad went from about 248 at 6'5 to 225 at 6'5 my lifts stayed pretty much the same and went up in some (bench, bicep curls). I really dont feel 225 its weird but anyways I am going to bulk back up for football but I was wondering should I continue to cut a few more lbs it might hinder my performance in practice and may not be at 250 before the start of the season but I'm sure i will be ok. Should I continue to cut??? or start bulk?? and do you think the cut was a success or fail??

Looks like you lost a lil bit of muscle on that cut

I'd just work on getting your strength up and eat as much protein as possible (300g+ a day)

Edit: nvm mixed up the pics, lighting a little different but I'd say you do look better, either way my advice still stands, focus on strength and eat tons of protein

Nice work so far m8 keep it up

Btw you could be slaying mad pussy if you shave/fix your brows and do something with your hair, face looking leaner gotta keep it clean cut to show off dat der jawline

yea... i do shave lol... and i do comb my hair just woke up. And im married so no more slaying mad pussy except the one im married too. thanks for the tips i do eat a lot of protein will be going hard on the bulk for a while to get up to 265 or so.
