Looks like you lost a lil bit of muscle on that cut
I'd just work on getting your strength up and eat as much protein as possible (300g+ a day)
Edit: nvm mixed up the pics, lighting a little different but I'd say you do look better, either way my advice still stands, focus on strength and eat tons of protein

Btw you could be slaying mad pussy if you shave/fix your brows and do something with your hair, face looking leaner gotta keep it clean cut to show off dat der jawline
