that guy has a chest abs and tri's 3 things you lack

And I don't have a pic of my legs cuz I don't waste my time taking pictures of my body to post on here.

#1 I work out 6 days a week just cuz I don't lift to get huge doesn't mean I'm not in shape
#2 how would you know how much I run or don't run from that pic
#3 You can choose which body parts to work out you are forgetting some. Just because your quads might grow at an extremely high rate doesn't mean that you should have a negative chest and really small calves and no abs to speak of.

So yes I'm the one who needs to learn how to work out since my body parts are proportionate

Could of thrown a picture of a 12 year old girl and gotten the same reaction.

lol my chest, tri's, and abs are larger, strongerm and more well-defined than his. i'm happy for his biceps, lats, and legs they've beaten the rest of the muscles on his body.
