For bulking, what macros do you recommend for a 3100-3300 calories intake in a day?

I'm 14, 5'7 and 135-140lbs

hm..? 126 g fat and 190g protein?  I thought 60% FAT and 40% protein?

and well, I do sports everyday, pls tell me if this is fine:

mon : cardio
tue : workout back / chest
wed: muay thai
thu: cardio
fri: workout triceps / biceps
sat: cardio + muay thai
sun: workout shoulders / back

and I am doing the keto diet atm..

do I really need that much fat / protein?;O

I am trying to lose belly fat and weight..:/
and I thought calories arent important in a keto diet, if I do not eat carbohydrates

That is 60/40......it's by calories, not grams. Gram is weight, calorie is energy. Fat = 9 cals per gram, protein = 4 cals per gram.

60/40 is the calorie measure, not the gram measure.

yes you need that much fat and protein...and yes calories are important....you will gain fat if you eat more calories than you burn, simple as that.

180 5'9 16 and yes i have gym access currently but was thinking of p90x if u have any thoughts on that

P90x would be fine if you want to do that. They also will give you a diet plan if you want to go that route.

If not, here is my cutting routine:

You will lose massive amounts of fat with that and get shredded up quickly.

Ray need some help pretty bad..

Having lots of issues sleeping. Been going on about two weeks. I'll fall asleep but wake up throughout the night in completly agony. Every joint is aching. Sometimes not even joints just random parts of my body that feel like they are bruised and being beaten.

It's really effecting my gains/physique not being able to get quality sleep and I'd love to figure out what's going on... :(

Why do your joints hurt? Is it from lifting weights? Or is this even on days/weeks you have off from the gym?

It's everynight. No matter what I do during the day. I can't explain it, it's like my entire body is in pain.

Hey Raynor,

What do you think is the best body fat burning workout done on the treadmill? Is it HIIT, something with elevation possibly or jogging?
Also, what would be a way to get the absolute most out of it with the least amount of time put in? Less is more kind of thing

Thanks

HIIT for sure.

This sounds like a neurological issue. Please try my sleep guide, but also I need you to visit a doctor....a neurologist specifically and get yourself checked out.
