can you tell me the timing to take these sups? also, ON 100% whey protein isolate, would this benefit me to take WHILE i am working out ?

It's mostly a tradition built on bad information. It's really not nearly as effective for the body as it was claimed to be. Quite honestly, it can be obscenely dangerous or even increase PWO recovery time rather than reduce it.

Ah, if I were to take a shower 3-10 minutes after a workout should it be hot water then, or in between is what I usually do should I keep it at that temperature?
And thanks, it didn't make much sense to me putting yourself into ice cold water.

ok thanks, but what i asked in the first question was, my ON whey , would i benefit from drinking 1 scoop of it WHILE working out ? or would that yield nothing? , and then for when I'm done my workout 1 scoop of pro complex, 8 blends of proteins n shit

Raynor, whats your opinion on hydroxycut? Only worry I have is I already have a higher than average heart rate just normally, im thinking I should be fine as long as I take my second pill AFTER doing cardio.

I have a month left before my cruise, just lookin to shred a little extra/quicker and make sure im in tip top shape for that.

Also, was reading a few pages back. Pro tip on the diet sodas during keto. I had no idea citric acid could throw you out of keto. Bye bye diet pepsi. As long as there is no citric acid, a diet drink is fine? I have been using MiO a lot during keto.

yes your own foods would be fine, just weigh the foods to make sure the calories are correct and also measure all fats/protein so that it equals what you need it to.

Hey OP,

Question about "soy lecithin" in whey protein. A lot of people say AVOID SOY in their diet plans, and soy actually contains gluten (which I'm trying to avoid). Soy lecithin is in almost every whey protein powder on the shelf, is this going to fuck up my diet at all or is it nothing to worry about?

Hello OP,

I'm currently working to become a lightweight for my sport.
I have to be 160lbs by this July and I'm currently sitting at 172lbs

I'm 6'1, 18 y/o

Any special tips on how? I've been told to simply change my nutrition, since I already have enough exercise per week (~5 hours cardio + ~5 hours weights per week)
