Hey raynor, squatting 3x a week is fine right? Looking to get my squat numbers up as ive slacked on them bigtime and wanna get all my compounds to respectable numbers before i run a halodrol cycle

Hey there!
My father has recently experienced what he thinks is tendinitis / enflamed ligament in him elbow. He says it feels exactly like tendinitis but the center of the pain is the knobby bone in his elbow(sorry for the lack of knowledge on the name of it..). Any suggestions on what he can do to get rid of/ease the pain?

Another little tidbit of info: the pain only occurs when apply pressure on the wrist (like a fly motion).

tennis elbow! ive had my shares trust me... ice + ibuprofene (advils) + time off is the only solution.. no magic solution to get rid of tennis elbow overnight (what all docs told me) ^^

isn't it the same I ment?;O

btw, why do I need a carb day and a cheat day?;O is it nessecary?:O

1. 4-6 months should be good enough to judge if it works well for you or not.

That could be a bit much if you want quality gains. Every 3rd day is probably a better option....make sure to squat heavy, go until failure, and repeat. Eat like a king on legs days as well.

Rest (at least 1 week rest from physical activity)
Ice (4 times a day for 30 minutes each time)
Elevation (keep the arm above the heart as much as possible)
Ibuprofen (As needed, but not to exceed 3 doses per day)
Water (At least 1 gal of water per day)
Mobility (keep the area moving and LIGHTLY stretched)

Also I would recommend seeing a chiropractor to work the area out for a bit. If the pain gets worse or starts to become sharp or stabbing in nature, please see a doctor and get some xrays.

Yes it is necessary to have a carb day and cheat day.

These replenish glycogen stores and actually confuse the body which makes ketosis more effective when you get back into it.

You will lose more fat with a carb and cheat day than you would without.

whats a sup stack, that targets immune system and libido ?

E: also what are the essential sups for lean bulking , if i get some casein or eat cottage cheese before bed, then if i get ZMA i shouldn't take it with calcium it says, so how would i go about doing that ?
