Looks pretty good, haven't seen your before/after pictures but this looks pretty well built.
If i were you, I'd maybe work a bit more on upper part of your chest and especially back (lats for example will make you have "V" body shape from behind)

Yea, trying to get my back up haha, it's definitely one of my weakest parts atm

I think I'm around 12-13% BF atm so trying to get down to 10% too, then bulk again when the summer ends

Hopefully dropping a little more BF will help too

Are you on some special diets while trying to reduce BF?
dropping down BF will help you look cut out pretty nicely. But you will still have to work on your back :D


Are you only working out in gym or are you working at home as well? Few variations of different pushups might help you to shape dat chest

Just doing a maintenance diet and started HIIT 3-4 times a week, so not really on a cutting diet

I took a while off because of an injury and school was killing my time, so trying to get back into adequate shape

Only been back on a routine for about a month, so hopefully I'll make some progress by the end of August
