Weightloss was never more than 2lbs/week and often in the .5lb/wk range.
Protein was kept high as well as strength straining while on diet... again I might have had a 5-10% reduction in strength despite dropping 25lbs and getting into single digit bf%

Again, I'm all ears but I honestly am MORE than happy with my progress and understand the reality of natural progression. Burnz I'm glad your client is showing good results but you really expect me to take that as any evidence or substance to base your argument on?

It is an opinion of a few members on a gaming forum, those in real life especially the show promoter and the seven + judges and 3+ natural professional bodybuilders I talked to this past weekend all disagree with you. They saw me on stage a year ago and are damn impressed with the package I brought this year and in fact told me to keep doing whatever I've been doing because its working!

Not saying I did things perfectly but lets be realistic here... does anyone? The main problem I see with my past offseason was the length. You spend certain amount of time recovering from contest prep and then have to devote enough time to prep again.

I think some of you should read this...
http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/muscle-gain/whats-my-genetic-muscular-potential.html

again I did bulk to 187lbs with slow weight progression, you guys need to compare stage to stage. I had to diet 24lbs back off and have done it more optimally than ever before.

Cheers

Even if that were true, I wouldnt use that to justify my progress because it's besides the point.
I'm not really trying to argue, I just surprised because I thought that the members who actually lifted (or did) would understand how slow the process of building solid muscle is, especially once you've been lifting for multiple years....

what sort of fat:muscle ratio do you get at the market? ive been getting shitty deals lately

I drink like 120-150g of my protein a day >_< it's the cheapest method for a broke college student... $55 for 5lb whey isolate 24g / scoop.

Most meat I eat is canned chicken/shredded into chicken salad w nuts/fruits, manwich w 80/20 is a cheap option on whole wheat buns, still a lot of fat but what can ya do?
