Maybe you are confused that his last prep was actually 2011?
Thats two years worth of progress....
not to mention his video/pic editing process and how he has access to some great minds/coaches

12lbs? are you fuking kidding me lmao?

I cant put a number on it but I can definitely say I am leaner and stronger this year than last.
I dont think I've lost much muscle mass because my strength has been its best since prep than it ever has.

Are all these neg opinions manifesting over just the 1 front double bi?

Well how much are you thinking then? 1 lb per month doesn't seem like a crazy number especially with someone like yourself who has been on a consistent diet and training consistently and actually monitoring your progress...

What did your protein intake and macros look like during cutting?

Oakbrah, you look good and better than most of this forum so no fucks given.

I personally don't like the stage look for anyone though, so I can't wait to see you back up a little body fat.

Curious too..

1 lb of lean muscle per month is probably the best case scenario for someone who has been training seriously 2+ years but as young human beings our life is always changing and it's tough to optimize sleep, food, and training while maintaining other aspects of our lives (social, creative, intimate, study)

oak looking gr8 tho mayne, keep it up

IIRC he stayed fairly lean even in the off season by choice so minuscule lean gains are expected.

But you know thissss, man.

Yes I do know this and I think oak thinks I never helped guys trying to compete in amateur bodybuilding. My most recent is a 5'6" friend (the guy I play music with) who has literally never touched a weight or played sports regularly his entire life. He was a sedentary 22% bodyfat guy who approached me one day and said he wanted to compete amateur in 2014. 7 months later (today), he has more visible abs than oak and a very similar chest. Obviously the rest isn't quite there yet, but he's not even dieted down and his abs/obliques are pretty fucking sweet already. His back is growing really fast and legs too. I can't wait for summer 2014 to see what he can do.

Oak, you gotta stop with this natural bodybuilding excuse. You're a dedicated lifter and no one can take away how much effort (and success) you've had. But yes you could've packed on more in a year, absolutely no doubt. Even pros like Kai Greene switch trainers. The hardest thing to do in a solo sport like that where everything is about yourself is to accept that you might be doing something wrong. Clearly, you're putting a lot of effort in what you're doing. But if several people notice little results, then perhaps you could try a different training method or a different off season?

Hopefully you don't take this the wrong way, I still want regular nudes and I'm always there to praise your pics. But not this time.

What pedestal? I'm not the only one who thinks the way I do.

Oak knows what he did this year. The crossfit, the strength training, the low cals, etc.

You're not really in any position to argue either way, and neither are 90% of those who've been commenting in the matter.
Not going to start anything, take it at that.
Good evening.

How about you get off your high horse and join the rest of us in reality, you smug fuck.

If oak didn't want peoples opinions for right or wrong he shouldn't post them on the internet in a public domain.
