Hello mate. Well i can only survive with keto now, since i can't tolerate a single carbohydrate. My food list:

extra mature cheddar cheese
heavy cream
broccoli
spinach
iceberg lettuce
eggs
bacon
chicken thighs
unsalted real butter
beef mince 80/20
extra virgin olive oil
100% peanut butter (doesn't give me bloating so don't know)
avocados
full fat cottage cheese
protein powder
water

my question is how do i spread the good and bad fats, because i can only see EVO, avocados, peanut butter as my "good" fat sources and i can't eat much of peanut butter anyway.. any ideas?
