Hey bro...just wanted to drop in and see how you're doing...hope everything is going well..In about 2 weeks(i hope) I will hopefully be able to help take some stress off you...I'l PM you when you get it clearned and tell you.

Hey man - everything is going better than before, I have everything taken care of...but still chaotic. I have cleared out about 50% of my PM box...but I'm still working on the other half. Drop me a line whenever you'd like.

Oh, quick question, do you think people should be worried about stuff that is expired? such as whey? or a weight gainer?

AND do you think ab workouts should be many reps or more weighted stuff? (odd question i know)

Unfortunately no. But the simpliest way to do pullups is to purchase a pull-up bar for a mere $17.99 at sports authority and drill some holes into one of your door frames to mount it - or take the easy alternative and purchase the "iron gym" which costs between $20-$30 anywhere you go. Even with limited resources you should be able to scrounge up 20-30 bucks ;-)

Well, I ran out of my own money when I bought the dumbbells and the suchlike. Guess I'll have to resort to going back to begging daddy for money. :(

6'3 150

Could recommend a meal plan. I know I can gain the weight, I've done it before, but couldn't manage my time and stopped working out/eating right when school started. I figure hitting 170 would be HUGE for me seeing as my metabolism is insane. I'll be starting to work out around 4-5 times a week once I pick up some whey protein. Thanks my good man.

Hey there -

the easy way to go about this is to eat 3 gigantic meals a day (100g protein 100g carbs 30g fat) and drink 2 cytosport cytogainer shakes a day as well (one in the morning and one after a workout)

This is a VERY simple fix.

As far as a sample 100/100/30 meal goes...heres a great example

1/2 lb whole grain pasta
1/2 lb chicken breast
3 tbsp olive oi
Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 Cup Chopped Broccoli

Work them out....lol

but seriously as for exercises....please search the thread for suggestions...this is a very broad question and has been answered many times. Basically the key is....work until muscular failure, eat enough food, get enough sleep...and stick to core exercises.

example:

chest - incline bench press, flat bench press, decline bench press, dumbbell flies, cable crossovers, pec deck

biceps - olympic bar curls, preacher curls, dumbbell hammer curls, ez-bar curls

triceps - skullcrushers, close-grip bench press, dumbbell kickbacks, tricep cable pulldowns

abs - roman chair situps, hanging leg raises, weighted crunches, stomach presses (a machine...if you don't have this don't worry), weighted situps, decline situps, knee raises.

Whole thing. The fat from the eggs is essential for testosterone and fat burning.
