Thanks m8

No plans to ever take any drugs, I currently dont even like the look of what they create.

Look "better" is a tough one because yea I look bigger/healthy but the judges want glutes on stage so I look "better" now :P

I did 531 for bench/squat/dead/ohp
but kept a hypertrophy assistance work.

Tbh the routine is very plain and is based upon progressive overload, not sure how someone could argue against it.

That being said, I do plan on increase my volume this offseason as well as get into some powerlifting so should make for some fun time.

Although this is true, I dont feel that staying fairly lean hindered my gains in any sort.
I got up to 187lbs which is plenty heavy enough for my 5'9 frame and 24lbs over my stage weight

ofc ofc

i meant more, i prefer your off stage look more than ur on stage look

if i remember correctly 11-12% bf you were looking pretty joocy

I'm just not sure you understand what a reasonable amount of muscle gain is in a years time for a natural trainee who competes yearly in bodybuilding....

Maybe your right, im sure they not "the best" but I personally am more than happy with my progress.  Only thing lacking is TIME.  This is why I plan to take 2014 off from stage, that way I can stay away from long term dieting and spend more time growing.

yours are always expected ;)

dnt be shy... its a forum, voice your opinion brah

How much muscle would you say you have gained?

I feel like 12 lbs of lean muscle per year should be achievable if you're putting your all into it (and that's just for someone my size imo)

Also feel like you did well with your bulk but ended up losing some muscle on your cut (maybe not enough protein or not lifting heavy enough?)

I'd def take a year off if I were you and really focus on getting your lifts up while gaining size and just become strong as fuark

Maybe you are confused that his last prep was actually 2011?
Thats two years worth of progress....
not to mention his video/pic editing process and how he has access to some great minds/coaches

12lbs? are you fuking kidding me lmao?

I cant put a number on it but I can definitely say I am leaner and stronger this year than last.
I dont think I've lost much muscle mass because my strength has been its best since prep than it ever has.

Are all these neg opinions manifesting over just the 1 front double bi?
