I've bulked to 200lbs, cut, bulk to 195, cut, bulk to 187lbs (most recent) and cut down to my current 163
As I become more familier with my body/nutrition I'm able to reverse better. I'll likely start my reverse and slowly work my way up to 180lbs this next cycle but anything can happen and I do
plan on taking 2014 off from the stage.

.. They were ~17.5 at the largest (which was around 190lbs after first cut)
but if I had to guess I would say 16.75" at current bw.

**I'm actually looking into competing in some PL meets this fall in the 165lb class... walk around and make gains in light 170s.
I have no doubt I have a 400lb squat & 500lb dead in me once I get into a calorie surplus
