well you can do some research on your own and see cleans are good for building muscle in shoulder girdle area. they're even in arnold's encyclopedia for that...

everytime you try to argue with me i post research/articles to support myself so idk why you doubt me or at least act condescendingly

saying there is research on them =/= posting research
also there is commonly just as much research against most points as there are for them.

Also every other word out of Arnold's mouth is a lie. I would take his encyclopedia as nothing more than entertainment.

now i beg you to find research supporting that cleans aren't good for trap strength/hypertrophy

ps your entire gvt hypertrophy program is BASED around explosive lifting, with a controlled eccentric.
next time just take my word for it unless you enjoy looking stupid

no it isnt... its tempo is usually around 2 down 1 up, explosive training is like 1 1 or nothing at all

and I do not take random people on the internetz word for anything.

well then at least have a clue what you're talking about. i've proven your stupid claims wrong multiple times while you offer nothing to back yourself
and is that the technical definition of explosive training? lmfao

maybe in bone's version of gvt it's that tempo, but not in the real one lol'd

yes the advanced one is based more on explosive concentrics but they are still included in the original. eitherway explosive lifting has a place for hypertrophy, as well as TuT

feeling stupid yet?

nope, Burns gvt is about that tempo, and there is another one on bb.com with that tempo, it is not hard to find 20 different variations of any training program.
I really do not care enough to prove myself to you to actually go look them up though, hf.
