I don't use exact measurements. I am an apprentice baker, so I am fairly good at eyeballing it correctly. (By the way, Keto fucking sucks when you work at a bakery.) I've cut out all soda and juice a few months ago. I'll cut out the little bit of salsa I somtimes put on my eggs. Because I know that says citric acid on the ingredients.
Could it be that I'm not burning off enough calories? I don't go to a gym because its over an hour away. I do have a super ghetto gym in my garage. Tredmil, heavy bag, dumbells, a bench I made out of boxes of laminate flooring and cement blocks. Im looking on craigslist for a barbell and weights. As you can probably guess money is tight.
