Who know bro. My coach ain't a nobody benching 500+ raw with ~700 dl/squat. ^_^

Even if I don't I'll get over 450 ;)

maybe,
a body has it's limitations

everyone has a 4 plate pull, that's the easy milestone
game changes after you add some more weight to that bar.

Maybe hehe!

I am semi-bulking so it's kinda easy to add weight every workout. I'm also working alot on diff exercices and on better technique.

I'll lyk in 3 months. I know that I have like 5% chance to get 500 within this time but I'm making progess and that's what matters.

i saw, just be careful in the meantime :P ...try to fix your technique with a little lighter weight before you fuck up your back with heavy weight (i would guess you could pull more that way as well - but that's just me)
