There are stress factors from graduation...not sure that would trigger it though.
How about trying to get over ex's?
thanks!
Yes both of those are possibilities. Any stress in your life could be contributing to it. It's basically your subconscious telling you to face your problems rather than internalizing them. Men have a tendency to internalize their problems rather than deal with them emotionally. Women tend to cry and get over things much quicker. Men harbor a lot of negative feelings to appear stronger and more resilient. This is not a product of society, but a product of evolution and survival. To fix the situation, you need to deal with your problems and stressors in a way that brings some kind of closure. In regard to ex's, either cut the ties, become friends, or reconcile things. For graduation and school related activities, I recommend to simply do as much as you can to get ahead rather than behind. Also take extra time from your day to study and thus make things easier for you. If you get behind the 8-ball at school, stress will follow. Also, take some quiet time each day to sit in total silence in a dark (but not pitch black) room. Think quietly to yourself about your accomplishments, and tell yourself that the stress you are facing now is miniscule and will pass soon enough. Look at the positive side of things, and think about all you have to be grateful for in life.
Hope that helps!
