Thankfully my limited knowledge of dreams encompasses this a lot about this type of dream. To dream that you are stuck, stopped, heavy, unable to get away from something always shows fear. Usually a fear of the unknown, and you trying to escape your fears. Example would be, say you're afraid of losing your job. You are afraid of it, but psychologically you are trying to run away from it. As a result, your legs get stuck because psychologically you are telling yourself that you need to face your problems head on.

Is there something significant going on in your life now? Do you tend to run away from problems in real life without facing them? Do you try to avoid conflict even if something really bothers you?

If none of these apply, there is a possibility of something else that we will discuss later. Let me know.

There are stress factors from graduation...not sure that would trigger it though.
How about trying to get over ex's?
thanks!

Just to clear some things up and make sure I'm right.

Let's say I need roughly 2500 cals/day for a cut. Using the 40/40/20 I would need 250g protein 250g carbs and about 55g fats per day which would equal about 2500 cals?

After reading you're acne guide I had followed all the steps and just went to a skin doctor today. Basically he told me to discontinue use of any sort of products purchased at the store relating to facial care(Moisturizer/cleanser), not allowed to use vitamins/protein power(Which I thought was stupid because he should know vitamin D/zinc help with the skin), can't use a regular razor need to use a electric shaver, and I have to use some body wash soap.

Then he gave me the following for treatment.

- 5% Benzol Peroxide Gel based
- 500 MG Azitromycin
- 100 MG Bupropion

I question his intelligence, but what do you think of this?

I burned about 900 calories today and consumed 2000, is this too much burned or not?

it depends on your total BMR as well. If your BMR is 2,000, you burned 900 and took 2,000 in, you're in a deficit and you should be fine for fat loss, but not muscle gain.

Yes both of those are possibilities. Any stress in your life could be contributing to it. It's basically your subconscious telling you to face your problems rather than internalizing them. Men have a tendency to internalize their problems rather than deal with them emotionally. Women tend to cry and get over things much quicker. Men harbor a lot of negative feelings to appear stronger and more resilient. This is not a product of society, but a product of evolution and survival. To fix the situation, you need to deal with your problems and stressors in a way that brings some kind of closure. In regard to ex's, either cut the ties, become friends, or reconcile things. For graduation and school related activities, I recommend to simply do as much as you can to get ahead rather than behind. Also take extra time from your day to study and thus make things easier for you. If you get behind the 8-ball at school, stress will follow. Also, take some quiet time each day to sit in total silence in a dark (but not pitch black) room. Think quietly to yourself about your accomplishments, and tell yourself that the stress you are facing now is miniscule and will pass soon enough. Look at the positive side of things, and think about all you have to be grateful for in life.

Hope that helps!

Yes that is correct. However I'd recommend 40/30/30 for a cut more than a 40/40/20. Both are fine, but I found that lower carbs seems to help.

I don't like his approach. For years doctors have been prescribing topical meds to fix skin problems. I feel that this is a temporary crutch and deals with the symptoms rather than the cause of the issue. I would avoid using that unless your case is so severe than you really have no other choice. Was my skincare guide not helping you? If it was not, you may have food sensitivities or even a hormonal/chemical imbalance which might have to be regulated in other ways.

let me know!

Baking soda + peroxide is probably the best way to go. Mix some up in a small bowl, apply to a toothbrush and brush them well. Rinse with a 50/50 split of peroxide and water for added benefit.

See a dentist every 6 months for a cleaning as well.

Whatd you think about a really low carb diet, without it being a keto, see
Meal1 : Eggs + cheese + EVOO
Meal2 : eggs +Cottage cheese (16g carbs) + greens
Meal3 : 2cans tuna and fat mayo
Meal4 : PWO- 2scoop whey and a banana (carbs)
Meal5: casein+ nuts or cheese

What do you think about that?
And what if i dont actually stay in keto? Is it totally useless or the fatburn is just slower ?

Think you jumped it :)
