Got no v-taper going on cause the fat I've put on lol. When I cut, should be good hopefully.

Ty ^_^. Took me until after summer to start seeing gains again. >.< How's lifting going for you?

i think hang cleans or clean/press would do you some good. your shoulder girdle or whatever it's called seems lacking a bit
dunno previous pics but looking pretty solid. i'd have guessed you were 190+lbs though :O

why do you say cleans, those are more explosive lifts and do not really do too much for hypertrophy.
Also i would probably say 180, what is the actual weight again?>

:O I'd be so happy if I was 190, 'tis my long term goal. I've been doing cleans/presses, but definitely will be doing more for sure. Ty for constructive criticism everyone! G'night and GL to everyone on finals.

I'm 162lbs as of today. 5'9"

E: Have been doing cleans for the sake of doing cleans. presses ofc for shoulders (yes I stating obv)

ah ok 5'9 and 162 is understandable, still a little under what I would have guessed.

By the way there is no long term goal, once you reach it you just make a new one, i have ceased in making "goals" because it is never enough lol. I thought when I was 205 I would be completely satisfied and stop lifting so much and just work on maintaining. Not so much anymore.

don't really agree with that but don't care to get literature on it atm cause studying qq. but i did have this somewhatat handy lawl

"The traps have to fire explosively in conjunction with the legs to accelerate the bar upward with enough force to get you underneath the bar," Hertilus says. "Look at some of the best middleweight Olympic weightlifters and you'll see the density of their traps."
