Hey there.

You will see the same if not BETTER results from orals. The intramuscular injection was not nearly as effective as previous thought of.

Stick to 2,000-3,000 mcg per day split into 2-3 doses.

Yes, Kre-Alkalyn is better than regular creatine monohydrate. That brand is fine, just the same is Sci-Fit.

Take 2x capsules pre-workout and 2x capsules post-workout (workout days)

on non-workout days, take 2x capsules in the morning and 2x capsules in the evening.


Make sure to drink about 16-20 oz of water with EACH dose.

Is it ok if I take 6 caps total per day of kre alkalyn? Is that too much?

In regards to just doing size training (hypertrophy) you will not see very good gains unless you alternate it with 5x5 or 3x5 or some other kind of power/strength training. Both forms compliment each other and your body requires both to sustain positive gains.

Also, I do not have the time to go to the gym everyday, would it be alrite if i did splits? ie. do chest and bi on the same day for your 5x5 program

Raynor have you ever heard of Holosync? I've youtube and googled it and all i know is that you use audiotapes to go into a medatative state. people swear by it, but some people also say some awful things about it ( its addicting, dangerous )

what do you think? Have you ever heard of this?

My girlfriend recently has been feeling what she describes as depressed. She says she always feels guilty all the time and has that whole 'knot' feeling in the stomach and it's when she thinks about me. She says it happens when she's at home, but when she's with me it goes away.

Uhmm i'm fairly sure she hasn't cheated, but she believes herself that I can do better than her. Back when we first started dating she told me about her sexual past with other men. I couldn't help but get irritated and she'd feel ashamed (I don't want her to feel that way). I decided it'd be best to not even talk about it.

She's not even close to ugly, but she lacks confidence.

At one point, over an argument, I broke up with her and she literally walked to my house in the cold (mother had her car), cried, and begged me not too. I flipped shit when she walked in and gave her a blanket and just talked to her about the entire thing.

I really like her, but this whole guilt feeling is changing the way she acts and is ruining shit for us.

Any idea what could be wrong?

when i squat, around parallel my knees make a popping sound, it happens for the first 2-3 reps on my first 2-3 sets.
its usually stopped by the time i have finished my warmups but is this common or should i worry about it etc?

rest between sets of 5x5 are as much as you need. Generally a maximum of 1-2 minutes.

For 5x5 you can do splits of one major + one minor muscle group. IE: chest/bis, back/tris, shoulders/legs.
