I couldnt agree more. I did slack on the back training because I knew it was a strong point and wanted to focus on chest/legs. I then realized I need to still work on overall back thickness :P
its hard to get everything together when everything is a weak point haha

Was contorting a bit to fit in the shot from my laptop camera. ^^

If i wanted to really show off core I would have taken a different approach. Above pic doesn't do justice, been hitting abs hard.

Thanks comrade, I was dealing with a lower back injury for many months (assuming lumbar strain) but finally, after a lengthy time-frame stretching & strengthening core, I have resumed BB squatting. Also incorporating Sumo deadlift, I really enjoy em over traditional..

/e: Do you recommend adductor/abductor machines?
