probably from not being able to hit deadlifts for awhile there due to injury right? You can dead heavy now right? If so hit em hard m9
forreal though, I'd really like to see where you'll be when you finally take a full year off or so of competing and really focus on size

I couldnt agree more. I did slack on the back training because I knew it was a strong point and wanted to focus on chest/legs. I then realized I need to still work on overall back thickness

its hard to get everything together when everything is a weak point haha
