weight: 150 lbs
bf: 14.5 %

and also a cutting meal plan would be great as well

ive done some reading up on the whole cross fit thing, and wanted to know your thoughts about it. (would you suggest it, do you like it? etc.)

Hey there raynor,

Sometimes when I'm eating eggs I feel like I'm god damn Edward Cullen from twilight.. It's rediculous

And kinda nasty





What I mean is there is a bloody taste in my mouth.. But no sign of blood in the eggs

Whats going on here? Bad eggs? Or no problem

is microwavable grilled chicken breast acceptable during cutting?

160 calories
30g of protein
3g of carbs
2g of fat

Also what am I aiming for calorie wise for a 3 month cut to 10% (probably 15% right now)

It's good for cardio and endurance. For muscle building - it's a no-go.
