IDGAF anyway, my life goal size is only like 25lbs of lean muscle if that from what I am now.
I'm only 18 so I have a long long time aslong as I don't die or come under some sort of illness.

Upper back can't be tighter tbh, I get sorer in my rhomboids/lats then my legs when I squat from keeping so upright.

Yeah, arms are horrible atm thanks to wrist problem, have to improvise the grip and therefor the arms are pointing out.
