Hah, yeah man, having no food in the house is a really crappy. I've learned to just say "screw it" and just literally eat any/every thing. I'm guessing you're pretty tall? 6'3"+?

Yeah, past few months I've been doing barbell rows, back ~parallel to ground, and literally no momentum (pendley rows?). Superset those with yates rows ftw.
