Hah, yeah man, having no food in the house is a really crappy. I've learned to just say "screw it" and just literally eat any/every thing. I'm guessing you're pretty tall? 6'3"+?

more barbell rows, and dont use momentum = win for getting a v taper

Yeah, past few months I've been doing barbell rows, back ~parallel to ground, and literally no momentum (pendley rows?). Superset those with yates rows ftw.

well you need to do 45 degree angle and close grip for v taper (lats) and lat pull downs, and pull ups

Hrmm....haven't done CG 45 degrees. I love me some lat pulldowns, and I'll start doing more pull ups perhaps. How are my lats doing? I seriously can't tell, same with shoulders for me...no friggen clue!

For upper back I usually do:
T-bar rows
parallel BB rows
Yates rows
DB rows (only sometimes though)
Standing bent over reverse fly's (actual name?)
Shrugs (bb&db)

your shoulders need work the most it seems, second is lats, the two least improved imo.

Do you do military press or upright rows? those are both musts in my opinion

military press
seated db press
front raises & lateral raises

Never been much for upright rows, do 'em occasionally.

In the past, my shoulders have always been the "delicate" part. I can voluntarily "dislocate" them, and feel them pop out. They've been getting better though.
