Sup raynor, interesting question here
you know body clocks? And how you wake up at a certain time?
Is there such thing as go to sleep body clocks?
It seems, ever since I started full time work, I get redic tired every day, without fail almost on the dot of 2pm. Which is a little bit after lunch break.
I don't drink coffee and I work in an office... Should I just suck it up and drink? I get 7-8 hours a night..
What you are referring to is mostly from a few things.
1. Inactivity during the day (working doesn't really constitute activity unless you are doing some sort of construction work or manual labor.
2. Eating a meal rich in carbs during the day will definitely promote you crashing
3. Mental fatigue has a lot to do with this as well. You don't want to be at work and thus you start wanting the day to go by faster and ultimately feel the need to sleep.
Solutions:
1. Exercise before work or even 20-30 mins on lunch break.
2. Drink coffee throughout the day or take GAT Jet Fuel
3. Reduce intake of simple carbs at lunchtime. Think heavy protein meals with fewer carbs.
