but yeah my first year I put on 50lbs naturally

So you can put 50lbs on natty in a year?
I thought it was <20lbs noob gains and then <<10lbs/year after you've been lifting?

there is no formula haha
it's whatever your body lets you, or how hard you try..
etc

it wasn't all muscle, which is what you said in your previous post.
but yeah my buddies I've watched put on 30-35lbs in first year npnp

just fucking eat and don't be dumb when you train
