ok heres my questions.
first time in this part of the forum, only just realised it was here.
i will post up pics at somepoint of my current status (it isnt good lol)
basicly i am not fat as such, just podgy. so i need help with a bit of weight loss. ive been working out with loose weights on and off for a couple of years so i have strength, just no tone.
i have moobs basicly and i want to know any exercises which really work them down. and also i would like some stomach exercises that work the lower half of the stomach.
i would love to have my back as a V like, narrow waist but large and wide shoulders like ive seen in the picture thread.
so heres my question, what exercises can i do with loose weights to help with all this?
