5:45 am wake up, HIIT cardio.
7:30 arrive at work, eat meal one.
10ish meal 2.
12-12:30 ish meal 3.
2:30ish meal 4.
gym
5ish meal 5.
7:30-80 meal 6
and usually come home and cook some fish.
