But once you stop taking it, you'll "deflate" and have loose skin. your choice. You don't get to keep that extra water. It's a temporary thing while you take the monohydrate creatine supplement.

so i read it, but im not exactly sure how to do it? also your saying i'll "deflate" and have to lose skin on creatine? wouldnt it be the same thing if i took roids or just went really hard and got "big" wouldnt i have to lose skin if i stopped working out then? also it's only $15 for a 4 month supply of creatine... i used to smoke 1-2 packs of cigs a day. i think i can manage to swing $15 every 4 months.

anyone else please feel free to chime in on the subject matter

well i ordered creatine so it is what it is. still in for comments/thoughts though... i also ordered whey protein from truenutrition. shit i forgot to get a pre workout smh.

It's like 4 steps forward, 2 steps back.

I mean it works, when you use it. You'll get insane pumps off both though with higher rep ranges.

creatine is not that big of a mystery lol.....

its fairly basic.

u wont get extreme gains on any legal supplement, but creatine is one that can help u put on some water weight, and lift a bit heavier.

thats what i ment. my b. i feel like even if you work out all natural for years and get bigger then stop lifting your gonna have loose skin

im pretty sure the way my body works that once i start drinking more protien that has that carb isolate in it with the creatine i'm gonna have some nice results. hoping that the new stuff and doing high reps will get me where i wanna be.

sooo my shoulder area around my shoulder blades and neck feel pinched for days now. anyone experience this before? i only do cable flys and use incline/decline bench machine
