I mean it works, when you use it. You'll get insane pumps off both though with higher rep ranges.
thats what i ment. my b. i feel like even if you work out all natural for years and get bigger then stop lifting your gonna have loose skin

creatine is not that big of a mystery lol.....
its fairly basic.
u wont get extreme gains on any legal supplement, but creatine is one that can help u put on some water weight, and lift a bit heavier.
im pretty sure the way my body works that once i start drinking more protien that has that carb isolate in it with the creatine i'm gonna have some nice results. hoping that the new stuff and doing high reps will get me where i wanna be.
