how do ur clients nt have time to weigh and measure food. yet they have the time to go out and buy special foods that are specifically organic or vegan. if they have the time to make this lifestyle choice and change their diet to a specific set of standards, then they can definitely take a few more minutes to learn about the caloric content of their food. and like cloud said, just get a rough estimate at first, and then u really shouldnt have to measure or weigh much after. dont have to be exact with this, just a decent estimate.
how do u decide to make such an extreme diet choice. and then stop at taking note of the amounts of the food you are eating.
its a half ass approach in my opinion.
why did they change to vegan or organic...? because its supposedly healthier? so.... isnt portion control and making sure u are within a good caloric intake be very beneficial too?
yeah sure eating food, is partly what you eat. but a huge thing, is how much u eat....
i have 2 clients who are vegan the rest vary. some buy special food, and some keep track of what they eat. i generally give them a basic meal plan with many options portioned out for them already. very few still eat the same bad stuff and never get anywhere. its not easy when u have 1-3 kids, full time job or 2 jobs, some single parents, some have very long commutes and only have time on the weekend for family stuff.
i'm done talking to you. accept my plant biased challenge, and count your calories if you want. lmk bro.
