But you're not smashing prs or sloots., you're smashing your body. The high volume is what you need to grease the grove for the ability to do these things, especially since you're ecto with high hopes. You at least need to focus on form, if you ever want to squat 405 or dead 500. Your genetics are not set for lots of mass, and probably made more a flight than fight kinda human. With that knowledge, you should especially focus on getting there the right way and not just jumping under a bar and praying. Praying might also help though.

The way you bench doesn't make sense, I thought the FBI was gonna kick in my door for child poor with those hip thrusts before doing a CHEST exercise. I can appreciate you trying to do something you're not genetically inclined to do, I honestly can. But I would look towards form, slow negatives and putting your fucking back on the mat. Seriously, you're not benching for the belt right now, do it right.

You lift like a freshman in high school, you should be more open to advice which I assume is why you made the thread. Guess d1 school football coaches don't know what they're talking about though, most likely the guy struggling with 200 lbs does.

offering advice =/= being a dick about it

he knows he is a lightweight. Let him do his form shit and see if he gets some gains.

Of tights being anabolic? That was a joke... They're kinda like cheap knee sleeves though, I get significantly less knee discomfort during squats and deads

It's actually pretty sweet, if I get knee sleeves I'll just train in my underwear 24/7 the mechanics always come over and compliment us, really nice Ukrainian guys.

Why's that?? Form looks fine, tight during the whole rep full Rom

Please bro if you get discomfort squatting 135 lbs then maybe you should consider quit lifting and pursue something else your body is just not meant for that

tru dat

not everyone wants to compete

also the way you bench is allowed and involves the back more (looks more like a decline bench because of the giant arch), but at the same time is counter productive if you want to target your chest as you're involving more back to lift the weight, if the goal is to lift as heavy as possible, arching that much will help though
