I readjusted my attempts looking for 9/9 for the first time
-83 kg
Squat: 187,5/200/205
Bench: 127,5/135/140
Dead: 235/245/250
Naice. I got my 200 squat in comp a few weeks back.
As I get deeper into the rugby season the more injured I become unfortunately. Fractured thumb, shoulder impingement and now a strained hamstring.
If I can start squatting again in a week my goals will be
9/9 and a conservative 205/140/265 Aw we so similar ily
