Noticed today the reason I was loading my right is because I wasn't properly centering the bar, it was more to the right. Fixed that and squat looks better now :)

I was planning and supposed to deload this week. But now next week I'm going on a business trip to California for the week, so won't have access to a gym. Will count that as my deload.

what is the training routine you are following? Seems like you are doing a shitload of sets for everything. Are you just doing a lot of warm-up sets?

It's 5/3/1 with the big but boring template. There's a bunch of warm-ups sets followed by 1 moderate set followed by 1 working set, then 5 sets of 50% my 1RM.

I didn't like this program and will be changing after my deload week. I'd prefer hitting bench/squats/DLs twice a week for most weeks.

7 weeks out, just enough time for Candito. Didn't like the low volume of 5/3/1 and made good progress on this before + enjoyed it, so doing it again! Took a week off (which I consider my deload) because I just went to California for work for a week. Was a great time, loved it!
