It's 5/3/1 with the big but boring template. There's a bunch of warm-ups sets followed by 1 moderate set followed by 1 working set, then 5 sets of 50% my 1RM.
I didn't like this program and will be changing after my deload week. I'd prefer hitting bench/squats/DLs twice a week for most weeks.
